By far Kevin McDonald’s performance was marked by accurate communication, produced a tangible marketing product for the condo, achieved optimal levels of personal performance and accomplishments, was highly skilled in electronic records management, gave sound practical advice, demonstrated good judgment in selecting proper mode of communications i.e. text, phone, written. thoroughly understands all aspects of his job, excels in separating emotion from rationality where I sometimes failed, and deve...

As first-time home-buyers, we knew that finding an agent we could trust was extremely important and Kevin flat-out delivered. He’s very responsive, positive, knowledgeable, and genuine about finding a home that you’ll love. You should feel comfortable with your agent no matter what and Kevin always made sure to answer any questions to our full satisfaction. His attentiveness to detail, especially during escrow, was invaluable considering all the different variables. All in all, our first home buying experience was a great success and Kevin played a major role.

Kevin helped sell my condo recently in Woodland Hills. I had no clue how the process worked, but Kevin helped me through it. He made the process very easy and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. Whenever I had questions, he answered them quickly and thoroughly. I never felt uneasy during the entire process. I am sad that i had to leave the area, but if I knew of anyone who was buying or selling there, I would definitely recommend Kevin as their agent.

I wanted to thank you for all of your help and effort. You have special knowledge to present the properties to buyers. You know your job very well. Your expertise is very much that can sell properties in a short time. You are very patient and trying to make everybody happy. One thing for sure is you know the Met Complex very well therefore you can sell the units better than others. I am happy that had you as my agent. Thanks again.

Our experience with Kevin was outstanding from the beginning to the end. He was able to get our property sold quickly and was on top of everything. Kevin was very proactive in the way he helped the get the property ready and how he marketed the property, and worked with the other agent and the buyers. What I liked was how up to date Kevin kept us in his constant communication we had with him on the progress of the sale. He was also easy to reach and was on call whenever we had questions. Kevin made the sale of our property so seamless and easy because he is such a diligent agent and has such a strong work ethic. We truly appreciate what he has done ...
